Raon 96 Pookleted and Mesh Tweaked.

This is in Volatile, Dynamite, Pyrotechnic and Depth charge, as it was made for a request at GoS. Please feel free to finish the set!

Raon messed up a bit on the bone assignments (Numskinwgts wasn't right), and this made the mesh all lovely and crunchy, so I have fixed that as best I could. This is the first time I've touched bone assignments, mind, so it's not perfect, but it is better than the original. I've not changed what Raon assigned to where, but I have blended them a bit more smoothely than the borked comment left it. Let the mesh overwrite the original, if you have a version in your game.

Fixed mesh? Excellent! It's such a cute hair. I'd love to add the remaining pooklet colors to this; do you happen to still have the volatile image? Anything that hasn't been through the bodyshop machine would be good--it wouldn't have to be a psd.

I think the colour is a little off, and I'm not sure why, but there you go. I tweaked the alpha so it was less stringy, so that is included.
